Extremely Poor Value for Money-Air Connectioner Completely Unable to Cool Negative: This has been the worst accommodation experience we have had across many trips. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. As it is currently summer in Sydney, with temperatures reaching 29–35°C, we specifically chose a property with air conditioning when booking, in order to ensure proper rest and a more enjoyable trip. However, on the afternoon of our check-in, we discovered that the room’s air conditioner was completely non-functional. At that time, the indoor temperature had already reached 35°C, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. We immediately contacted the host and the JD Properties Team. From our check-in at 15:00 until 22:15 that evening, no one came to address the issue. It was only after we clearly stated that we would report the matter to Booking.com that someone was finally sent at 22:45 with a small portable cooling unit. Unfortunately, the device was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to sleep while it was running. It did not provide the level of comfort that a proper air conditioner should. We had hoped it would help relieve the heat and the fatigue from our 8-hour flight that day, but it ultimately failed to do so. The following morning, we again contacted the JD Properties Team and the host to report the problem. However, it was not until around 21:30 that evening that they delivered only a box fan, which was also noticeably noisy. Throughout our stay, no substantive repair was ever carried out on the non-functioning air conditioner. What is even more concerning is that there were already two weak fans placed in the room when we checked in. Given that the air conditioner was completely inoperative, this arrangement reasonably leads us to suspect that the property management was already aware of the issue but failed to disclose it truthfully. Their handling of the matter appeared perfunctory and even misleading.

Cozy place to stay for young people. Near to shopping centre and attraction. Host is great and fast to respond. and Positive: Property was close to Broadway Shopping Centre. Walking distance to Central station, Darling Harbour and Paddy’s Market. Host was great providing Milk and Honey for our stay. Comfortable for 2 young people. Negative: Property is a walk up apartment. Not suitable for people with large luggages. 3 levels of stairs everyday. Too cramp for 3 people.

Positive: This place got everything you need. Complete kitchen appliances from coffee machine to toaster. Also some basic like iron, hairdryer, washing machine + dryer. Basically you feel like home staying here. Feels homey and nice balcony! Negative: I missed checking if this is a walkup apartment, turns out it is, 3rd floor. Just don't bring big luggage if you're travelling alone otherwise it's gonna be your workout for the day

Toller Aufenthalt in Sydney! Positive: Das Apartment hat eine super Lage & Ausstattung, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Bushaltestelle direkt an der Straße. Man kann aber auch wunderbar ins Zentrum spazieren. Zur Oper sind es ca 45min. Im Shopping Center ggü. gibt es Coles & Aldi. Die Besitzer des Apartments sind jederzeit erreichbar und freundlich. Auf Nachfrage durften wir am letzten Tag auch etwas später auschecken.

Restaurants, bars, gare, shopping center, Haymarket et divers lieux animés à distance de marche. Immeuble ancien et charmant qui nous a rappelé notre ancien appartement étudiant en France. Appartement joliment décoré. La présence d’une machine à laver et d’un sèche linge est un plus + ! Nous avons aussi apprécié la réactivité des hôtes qui ont répondu à chacun de nos messages de manière bienveillante et rapide. Negative: Le logement était propre, mais un petit coup de peinture et d’aspirateur serait le bienvenu.
